Welcome to Style Mobo, a brand operated by Angel 8 Networks, a proprietorship firm (“Style Mobo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of stylemobo.com (“Website”) and your purchase of products from us.

By accessing the Website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from Style Mobo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products and Made-to-Order Products

Style Mobo primarily offers phone cases and other products featuring designs selected by customers from the designs displayed on our Website.

Our products may be produced, printed, finished, packed and dispatched after an order is placed. Accordingly, products may be considered made-to-order or personalised products for the purposes of our policies.

Because products may be specifically prepared for an individual order, ordinary change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds are not offered, subject to the Replacement Policy and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Product Selection and Customer Responsibility

Before placing an order, the customer is responsible for carefully checking:

  • the phone/device brand and exact model selected;

  • the product type selected;

  • the design selected;

  • any initials, name or other personalisation entered;

  • the quantity selected; and

  • the delivery address and contact details.

Once an order is confirmed, Style Mobo may proceed with production and processing.

Wrong Phone Model Selected by Customer

If a customer selects the wrong phone model while placing an order, the product will not be eligible for replacement, exchange or refund, even if the product has been manufactured correctly according to the customer's order.

Customers should verify their exact phone model before completing payment or placing a COD order.

4. Personalisation

Where a product allows initials, names or similar personalisation, the customer is responsible for entering the information correctly.

Style Mobo will produce the personalisation based on the information submitted by the customer.

For example, if a customer enters “RAHULH” instead of “RAHUL” and the product is produced exactly according to the submitted information, the product will not qualify for replacement on the ground of incorrect personalisation.

Longer names or multiple initials may be adjusted in size or placement to accommodate the available design area.

Personalisation placement may vary slightly depending on the selected product model and available printing area.

Personalised orders cannot be modified after they have been confirmed where production or order processing has commenced.

5. Website Designs and Artwork

Style Mobo provides the designs displayed on the Website.

Customers do not upload their own artwork or designs through the Website. Customers may select an available designer product and, where offered, choose initials or other permitted personalisation.

The availability, appearance and placement of designs may vary according to the selected phone model and available printing area.

6. Printing Disclaimer

Every applicable product is printed using printing technology selected by Style Mobo for the relevant product.

Printing is a physical manufacturing process and may naturally produce minor variations.

The following may occur and are not necessarily manufacturing defects:

  • slight fading or reduced intensity near edges;

  • minor pixelation;

  • soft transitions in highly detailed areas;

  • minor variations in fine lines;

  • slight differences in positioning;

  • minor variations caused by the printable area or shape of the product.

Small text or initials may appear slightly softer depending on the design, size and available printing area.

Minor characteristics inherent to the printing process do not automatically constitute a defect.

7. Digital Preview Disclaimer

Images displayed on the Website are digital representations and previews.

Actual products may differ slightly from the images displayed online due to:

  • screen settings;

  • display technology;

  • brightness and colour calibration;

  • photography and lighting;

  • printing characteristics;

  • material characteristics;

  • the selected phone model; and

  • differences in printable surface area.

Minor differences in colour, brightness, contrast or print appearance are normal and do not automatically constitute a manufacturing defect.

8. Camera Protection Disclaimer

Camera protection, raised camera protection or any similar camera-related feature may or may not be included depending on the selected phone model, product design and current product availability.

The presence or absence of such a feature shall not constitute a defect where the product supplied corresponds to the product specification applicable to the selected model.

9. No General Returns, Refunds or Exchanges

Because Style Mobo products may be made specifically for an individual order, we do not provide general returns, refunds or exchanges for:

  • change of mind;

  • personal preference;

  • dislike of the design after purchase;

  • minor colour variation;

  • minor printing variation;

  • selecting the wrong phone model;

  • selecting the wrong product;

  • incorrect personalisation entered by the customer;

  • dissatisfaction with the appearance of a design where the product conforms to the applicable product description; or

  • normal wear and tear.

Eligible manufacturing, printing, transit-damage and incorrect-product-shipment issues are handled under our Replacement Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled only where cancellation is accepted by Style Mobo before the order reaches the stage where it has been packed for delivery.

Once an order has been packed for delivery, cancellation is not accepted.

After packing, the order is treated as processed and non-cancellable.

If an order is already in production or otherwise being processed before packing, cancellation may also be unavailable depending on the order status.

11. Delivery

Style Mobo provides estimated delivery timelines.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • courier delays;

  • weather conditions;

  • strikes;

  • public holidays;

  • transportation disruptions;

  • remote-area delivery;

  • operational issues with logistics partners;

  • incorrect or incomplete customer information;

  • unsuccessful delivery attempts; and

  • circumstances outside Style Mobo's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, valid contact number and other information necessary for successful delivery.

12. Delivery Attempts and Returned Shipments

Customers are expected to cooperate with the delivery process and accept their orders.

If an order is returned to origin (“RTO”) because of customer-related circumstances, including refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address, incomplete address, unavailable recipient, repeated failed delivery attempts or failure to respond to the courier, the order remains subject to the made-to-order and non-returnable nature of the product.

If the customer subsequently requests re-delivery of the returned order, Style Mobo may arrange re-shipment subject to payment of the applicable shipping/re-delivery charges.

The customer will not be entitled to a refund merely because the shipment was returned to origin after the order had been processed or packed.

13. Replacement

Eligible replacement claims are governed exclusively by the Style Mobo Replacement & Warranty Policy published on the Website.

Replacement is not an automatic right for every product issue. The customer must comply with the applicable reporting period and evidence requirements.

14. Replacement Claim Evidence

For every replacement claim, including claims relating to manufacturing defects, printing defects, incorrect products shipped or physical transit damage, the customer must provide:

  • clear photographs showing the issue;

  • an uncut and unedited unboxing/opening video; and

  • the order details requested by Style Mobo.

The unboxing video must clearly show the package and the product from the opening of the shipment.

Failure to provide the required evidence may prevent Style Mobo from being able to verify the claim.

15. Intellectual Property

The Style Mobo brand name, logo, website content, product photographs, product descriptions, graphics, designs, layouts and other original content available on the Website are owned by or licensed to Style Mobo/Angel 8 Networks unless otherwise stated.

No part of the Website or its content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, commercially exploited or used without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

16. Website Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, descriptions, images, prices and availability displayed on the Website are accurate.

However, minor typographical errors, technical errors, colour differences or temporary inaccuracies may occur.

Style Mobo reserves the right to correct errors and update information where necessary.

17. Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without prior notice.

The applicable price at the time an order is successfully placed will generally apply to that order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Orders may be paid through payment methods made available through our payment and checkout service providers.

Where Cash on Delivery or other payment methods are offered, additional verification or confirmation procedures may be used.

18. Communications

By placing an order or providing contact information, you agree that Style Mobo and its authorised service providers may contact you regarding:

  • order confirmation;

  • order verification;

  • payment;

  • shipping;

  • delivery;

  • replacement requests;

  • customer support;

  • service-related notifications; and

  • other transactions relating to your purchase.

Where legally permitted and where applicable consent has been obtained, promotional communications may also be sent through WhatsApp, SMS, telephone calls, email, push notifications or other communication channels.

19. Third-Party Service Providers

Style Mobo may use third-party technology, payment, logistics, communication, analytics, advertising, printing, customer-support and other service providers to operate the Website and fulfil orders.

Our current or commonly used service providers may include Shopify, Shiprocket-related services, Shipmozo, Mera Size, Google Analytics, WhatsApp and other providers.

The service providers used by Style Mobo may change, be replaced, added to or removed in the future.

Use of such providers is subject to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the providers' own terms and privacy policies.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Style Mobo shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or excludes rights where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

21. Force Majeure

Style Mobo shall not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, governmental restrictions, transportation disruptions, technical failures, logistics disruptions, civil disturbances, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

22. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Style Mobo Privacy Policy.

By using the Website or placing an order, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed for order fulfilment, payment processing, delivery, customer service, security, legal compliance, analytics and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.

The principal place of business of Angel 8 Networks is in Faridkot, Punjab, India.

Subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of competent consumer forums/commissions and other statutory authorities, disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts having jurisdiction in or over Faridkot, Punjab.

Nothing in this clause is intended to restrict any mandatory consumer remedy or jurisdiction available to a consumer under applicable law.

24. Changes to These Terms

Style Mobo may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our products, business practices, technology, service providers or applicable law.

The updated version will be published on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
